Unfortunately, Bella Fiore cannot accept any returns or refunds once floral arrangements are delivered.We also cannot accept any returns on spa product.We take great care in choosing,prepping and delivering all of our product and services.If at any time you have questions or concerns please call us immediately.We will try our best to aid you.It is our goal to make you happy.
Substitution Policy
On occassion floral substitutions may be made due to import quality and seasonal availability.Great care is taken in choosing flowers that maintain the overall style and theme of an arrangement.We always substitute with flowers of equal value.Also, the substitution of certain baskets, vases and containers may be necessary; again substituting with equal value and a similar look to the original.
My dear Sarina; thank you for the beautiful bride's bouquet, corsages and boutonnieres. The look on Tiffany's face said it all when you presented them to her. She was such a nervous bride when we first met you and she was so worried that she couldn't relay her dream bouquet to you.
