Monday through Saturday except on major holidays.

There must be someone present to receive the flowers. Flowers will not be left at the door. Additional fees may be charged if a second delivery time is required.
All wedding and event consultations are complementary.
Weddings are by personal consultation usually, but out of town brides can contact us by email or phone. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required upon approval of estimate which saves the date and is then applied to the total cost. The balance of the payment is to be received no less than two weeks before the wedding as are any changes to the floral order. Payments can be made with cheque, cash or money order or via paypal.
Same Day Deliveries
For deliveries on the same day the order must be placed before 12:00pm. PST.
Holiday Deliveries
Deliveries cannot be made on a holiday i.e.{ Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day}.We cannot guarantee deliveries for a specific time or day during a holiday period. Deliveries are made on a first come first serve basis. Major holidays tend to be very high volume; we recommend placing your order at least five days in advance.For last minute orders, we will do our best to get your order out as requested. In the event we cannot, your order will be delivered the next available day.
Delivery Fees and Methods
Floral orders and gift baskets are charged $10.00 for deliveries in Victoria and surrounding areas. $15.00 is charged for the areas of Metchosin, Langford, Colwood and as far as Sydney, B.C.
Spa product can be mailed via Canada Post within Canada only. A $15.00 flat shipping and handling fee is charged per $50.00 worth of product or less, if your order is greater than this value contact us and we will arrange the postage fees and payment.All mailed items will be insured with Canada Post and you will be notified when they have been mailed by Bella Fiore.
