I love chocolate! Especially gourmet chocolates with unique flavors. It is my pleasure to introduce you to
Cocoa Mosaic an artisan chocolate and truffle company from Toronto. Jackie the owner trained in Switzerland to make truffles and chocolate creations by hand using blends of Belgian chocolate and other natural ingredients.Her chocolates contain no preservatives. She also makes custom chocolates that I think make great wedding favors. She can customize the chocolates with your monogram, design or picture. Custom orders should be placed as early as possible, a minimum of one month in advance. Edible favors are so much more enjoyable than salt and pepper shakers! These favors won't be left on the table....they are that delicious !
Sweet little boxed chocolates with exotic flavors like
matcha green tea, Italian espresso or vanilla bean. There are many more flavors.
Jackie is also working on a line of single origin chocolates that I look forward to trying in the future.
